  • To implement the SKS in relation to their departments, and to inform the Quality Management Unit about these implementations,<\/li>
  • To ensure that the written SKS regulations sent to the department are distributed to all department staff,<\/li>
  • To ensure that written procedures are stored in appropriate formats (electronic format or files, folders, etc.) in such a way that department staff can access them,<\/li>
  • To set departmental targets in conjunction with senior management and department heads as part of the SKS,<\/li>
  • To analyse the department\u2019s objectives and report to the Quality Management Unit,<\/li>
  • To monitor the corrective and preventative actions carried out in the departments,<\/li>
  • To provide departmental staff with information about SKS activities,<\/li>
  • To personally oversee patient and staff safety procedures within the department,<\/li>
  • To ensure that reporting and notifications under the SKS (Safety Reporting System, quality indicator notifications, etc.) are carried out on a regular basis,<\/li>
  • To work in conjunction with the Quality Management Unit on SKS self-assessments,<\/li>
