- To implement the SKS in relation to their departments, and to inform the Quality Management Unit about these implementations,
- To ensure that the written SKS regulations sent to the department are distributed to all department staff,
- To ensure that written procedures are stored in appropriate formats (electronic format or files, folders, etc.) in such a way that department staff can access them,
- To set departmental targets in conjunction with senior management and department heads as part of the SKS,
- To analyse the department’s objectives and report to the Quality Management Unit,
- To monitor the corrective and preventative actions carried out in the departments,
- To provide departmental staff with information about SKS activities,
- To personally oversee patient and staff safety procedures within the department,
- To ensure that reporting and notifications under the SKS (Safety Reporting System, quality indicator notifications, etc.) are carried out on a regular basis,
- To work in conjunction with the Quality Management Unit on SKS self-assessments,
